Position Summary

Under general oversight, this role involves managing projects of moderate complexity that significantly impact the organization. The individual will conduct analyses and feasibility assessments, set project objectives, negotiate timelines, and create comprehensive project plans.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee and manage projects, ensuring thorough research, tracking, and reporting on initiatives.

• Guarantee that project deliverables align with PacifiCorp's Governance and Standards.

• Assess, recommend, and implement enhancements to technical processes and procedures.

• Effectively communicate project goals, parameters, status updates, and outcomes while managing client expectations.

• Evaluate skills to identify critical tasks and monitor project budgets.

• Define project objectives, develop plans, negotiate timelines, and track progress against established benchmarks.

• Engage in discussions with regulators and external stakeholders on behalf of PacifiCorp.

• Collaborate with Procurement in negotiations with vendors and clients.

• Facilitate interactions between customers and the project team.

• Provide support to integration and technical staff concerning the SAP environment.

• Lead team efforts, offering guidance and direction to team members while communicating project objectives and outcomes.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least three years of experience in project management.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret regulatory requirements and define essential tasks, timelines, and outcomes.

• Proficient project management skills to create and oversee work agreements and budgets, define specifications, and establish timelines.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate teamwork and provide direction.

• Financial modeling expertise to assess project costs and benefits while tracking outcomes.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, company operations, and relevant laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with SAP for cost tracking and forecasting.

• PMP Certification.

Additional Information

This position is classified as exempt and operates on a daytime schedule. The hiring range for this role is $87,600 to $103,100, with eligibility for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 12.00% of salary.
