Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of support engineers in a dynamic 24/7 operational environment.

- Conduct thorough analysis of security vulnerabilities and drive the remediation of root causes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to address security concerns and improve AWS security posture.
- Produce detailed reports and documentation regarding security issues and operational enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, ensuring effective resolution of incidents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations.
