Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a pharmacy call center environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer service role.
  • Pharmacy Technician License must be obtained within the first month of employment at the candidate's expense.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute or more.
  • Willingness to undergo cross-training.
  • Consistent attendance is essential.

Compensation: Competitive pay rate.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
