We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing to join our exceptional team. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

The Head of Product Marketing will be responsible for crafting and sustaining all facets of Session AI's positioning and messaging.

Our goal is to ensure that potential buyers of Session AI technology clearly comprehend the value it offers, develop favorable perceptions of our solutions, and feel inspired to prioritize our technology for their enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to establish effective positioning and messaging for Session AI's in-session marketing.
  • Create sales and marketing materials, including presentations, data sheets, briefings, scripts, and thought leadership content for the Session AI in-session marketing platform.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to outline regular product launches and releases, delivering associated content and presentations.
  • Oversee the production of multimedia content such as videos, audio, and infographics in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and present findings to internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage sales and industry research initiatives, including win-loss assessments, persona studies, and sales insights.
  • Develop customer-facing materials, including use cases, case studies, and live or virtual presentations.
  • Support additional demand generation, event, partner, and product initiatives as needed.
  • Mentor and manage a team of product marketing managers over time.
  • Domestic travel is less than 10% for team meetings, company conferences, customer engagements, and other industry events.
  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance the production of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in B2B enterprise software in roles such as marketing, product marketing, delivery, sales development, or support.

Proven experience in product marketing or product management.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or any technical or scientific discipline.

An MBA or Master's degree in a technical field is advantageous.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

A demonstrated mindset of project ownership, execution, urgency, and delivery.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Capacity to lead with influence across all levels, from executive leadership to customers, prospects, and partners.

Prior experience with ecommerce, account-based marketing, enterprise sales, and AI is preferred.

This hybrid role requires candidates to work in-person from the Session AI headquarters a minimum of two days each week.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by factors including experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and level. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus, participation in the Session AI equity program, and benefits.
