Position Overview: We are in search of a Director of Product Marketing who will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This pivotal role involves shaping and sustaining all facets of Session AI's positioning and messaging. Our goal is to ensure that potential clients grasp the value of our technology, develop favorable perceptions, and prioritize our solutions for their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to create impactful positioning and messaging for Session AI's in-session marketing.
  • Produce sales and marketing materials, including presentations, data sheets, briefings, scripts, and thought leadership content for the Session AI platform.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to outline regular product launches and releases, along with corresponding content and presentations.
  • Oversee the creation of multimedia content such as videos, audio, and infographics in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage research initiatives related to sales and industry trends, including win-loss analysis and persona research.
  • Develop customer-facing materials, including use cases, case studies, and presentations for live and virtual events.
  • Support various demand generation, event, partner, and product initiatives as required.
  • Mentor and guide a team of product marketing managers over time.
  • Occasional domestic travel for team meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance the production of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software in roles such as marketing, product marketing, or sales development.
  • Proven experience in product marketing or product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • An MBA or Master's degree in a technical discipline is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A demonstrated sense of project ownership, urgency, and successful execution.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in leading with influence across various organizational levels, from executives to customers and partners.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce, account-based marketing, enterprise sales, and AI is preferred.

Work Environment: This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration at the Session AI headquarters a minimum of two days each week.

Compensation: The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $200,000 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses, equity participation, and benefits.
