Job Title: Vice President of Finance and Operations

Fiona Hutton & Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance and Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our company's financial and operational activities to ensure optimal performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee all financial and operational functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial and operational professionals to ensure effective execution of financial and operational plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and operational regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance and operations, with a strong background in accounting and financial management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing financial and operational teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business trends and market conditions.
