Job Title: Vice President of Food and Beverage

Proper Hospitality is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food and Beverage operations. As Vice President of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing guest experiences, and developing innovative culinary concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing agreements to optimize profitability
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in multi-unit Food and Beverage operations, with a proven track record in strategic planning and financial management
  • Advanced degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
  • Extensive experience in full-service and luxury hotel operations is mandatory
  • Strong background in restaurant management, with an emphasis on upscale or fine dining establishments
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
