We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Global Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for owning our supply chain and inventory operation end to end.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive global manufacturing and inventory strategy to meet customer demands and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to manage the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align on business objectives and drive results.
- Implement and manage tools, systems, and processes to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- 5-10+ years of direct responsibility for full-stack inventory operations, supply chain, and customer fulfillment.
- Experience working at an early to mid-stage startup that sold physical consumer products globally.
- Proven track record of implementing tools, systems, and processes to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
