Job Title: Vice President of Construction

At Integrare Group, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Construction to lead our construction operations and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Construction will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring efficient and effective execution. This individual will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership to the project management, field operations, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall operational strategy, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of capability, safety, quality, and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other field personnel.
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential risks or challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing field operations, including superintendents and craft workers.
