Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is seeking a dedicated Service Assistant to enhance their operations at their scoop shops.

As a Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing shifts, overseeing inventory, handling financial transactions, and mentoring fellow team members. This position requires expertise in both operational and customer service aspects, with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Reliability and punctuality are essential for success in this role.

Reporting to a Shopkeeper or Shopkeeper Apprentice, Service Assistants will receive tailored training in daily operations, coaching team members, and effective communication with leadership to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.
