About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BNSF Railway. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Work Environment: Must be willing to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
