About the Role

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Call Center Operations: Handle inbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of customer service experience; 1 year of call center experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in MS Office products.
