About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Larioja. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone and email to B2B and B2C customers in the Dutch market
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements

  • Bilingual level of Dutch
  • Fluent level of English (initial training in this language)
  • Residence in Barcelona
  • Previous experience in customer service

What We Offer

  • Annual gross salary of 21,000 euros
  • 10% quarterly bonus

  • Rotating hours from 9h to 17h or from 14h to 22h and two weekends per month
