Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team at QTC Management Inc. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical case management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Triage and prioritize customer requests to ensure efficient resolution
  • Verify and validate customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and software applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical case management or quality assurance
  • Knowledge of electronic medical scheduling and case management software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
