Role Summary:

  • Welcome and assist members, guests, and potential clients.

  • Manage front desk responsibilities such as answering calls, checking in members, and conducting facility tours.
  • Support members with account updates.
  • Encourage the sale of memberships and related products.
  • Establish connections within the community.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred background in customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • A strong interest in fitness and wellness.
  • Sales experience is beneficial.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities with a knack for problem-solving.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • CPR Certification AED/First Aid /CPR is necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Consistent communication in person or via phone.
  • Capability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
