Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist at Frontwave Credit Union, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive suite of financial products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with their inquiries regarding accounts and loans through phone communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic member requests received via incoming calls.
  • Provide detailed information regarding credit union products, services, account inquiries, and loan options.
  • Conduct account research, process transfers, and manage wire transfer and Western Union requests, forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage check orders and perform account file maintenance.
  • Promote credit union products and services, actively seeking opportunities to enhance member engagement.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. A minimum of one to two years of experience in a customer service or financial institution setting is preferred.

Salary Range: $18.82 - $28.23
