Job Title: Director of Operations and Sales Enablement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
  • Evaluate and implement sales technologies to enhance productivity and customer engagement
  • Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Forecast sales and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business results
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to drive business innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
  • 15+ years of experience in sales operations or sales enablement
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Results-oriented mindset with adaptability
