About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage Store Operations: Assist the management team in executing operational initiatives, ensuring profitability, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and Implement Initiatives: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior equivalent work experience in retail or a related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand/walk the sales floor for entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
