Job Summary:

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Executive Director of Operations to lead our North Las Vegas location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and develop strategic initiatives to achieve success in a new market.
  • Manage a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Meet sales targets, service hours, and F&I gross margin.
  • Oversee daily operations of the RV service department.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Monitor service quality and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Develop and manage the department budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach and maintain strong customer relationship management practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate employees to cultivate a positive organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain proficiency in sales and service-related systems.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities to attract new customers.
  • Manage inventory levels and work with the parts and service departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical sales practices.
  • Uphold workplace safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in operations management, team building, and managing operations over $10 million in sales.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a P&L with a proven ability to analyze KPIs and drive performance improvement.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of service experience in RV service or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience in RV/Automotive sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is strongly preferred, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Previous leadership experience in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on leader with experience in developing team members.
  • Demonstrated success in providing an exceptional customer experience and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Working Conditions:
  • The role requires evening and weekend work to accommodate customer needs.
  • Travel may be necessary to attend industry events or meet with manufacturers.
  • The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, requiring the ability to perform under pressure effectively.
  • May require extended periods of computer exposure.
  • The majority of working hours will be spent in a temperature-controlled office setting.
  • Light physical activity such as walking and standing required.
  • The job requires clear vision and ability to use computers.
