About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at the AC Hotel Columbus Dublin. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train and develop hotel team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card programming, and other front desk duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
