Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Parfumaire by Atmosphere Diffusion is a leading company in the European scent marketing industry, with over 30 years of experience in perfecting the quality of service and brand image for top brands.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage phone etiquette, facilitate communication, and perform clerical tasks to assist the team with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage phone etiquette and ensure that all calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and ensure that all information is shared in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills.
  • Clerical Skills.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
