Position Summary: As a Financial Operations Specialist at GG Homes, you will oversee the accounting and auditing processes for our commercial and multi-family construction initiatives. This role is centered on managing accounts payable for all projects and ensuring precise invoicing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable for all construction projects, ensuring prompt and precise payment processing.
  • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify financial accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets for ongoing projects.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial plans.
  • Develop and implement accounting systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to provide financial insights and support.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Deliver detailed financial analyses and reports to stakeholders regarding project performance and financial health.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
  • Recent graduates with a degree in accounting are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
  • Expertise in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
