Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Support:
    Provide assistance to customers regarding billing inquiries, payments, and financial transactions. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining comprehensive records of interactions.
  • Financial Processing & Research:
    Support the processing of financial transactions, ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Investigate discrepancies in financial data, collaborating with finance analysts to gather necessary information.
  • Administrative Support:
    Conduct data entry tasks with precision, ensuring the accurate input of financial information into the company's systems. Aid in the preparation of financial reports and maintain organized financial records.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting:
    Assist in account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for. Support the finance team in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
Six years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of experience. Proficient in finance policies and practices, with the ability to perform basic financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in general ledger reconciliation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems is advantageous.
