Position Summary:

We are in search of a Vice President of Operations who possesses extensive experience in operational execution, implementation, and profit/loss oversight. This role is pivotal in steering our organizational operations towards accelerated growth, increased profitability, and sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational efficiency across the business by establishing and adhering to robust policies and processes.
  • Oversee the overall financial performance, including P&L accountability, and drive year-over-year growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual operating plans aimed at surpassing sales and profitability targets.
  • Enhance employee productivity and foster an inclusive culture that promotes team member success and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • Work closely with Marketing, HR, and call centers to craft strategies that effectively differentiate our brands.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to franchisees in driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable business regulations and standards.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities to forge strategic partnerships that enhance brand growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the home services sector.
  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple operational areas.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience in managing multiple business units with a focus on data-driven performance metrics.
  • Strong operational background with expertise in strategic planning and business development.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of motivating teams and articulating the brand vision.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
