The Vice President of Operations will oversee the operational efficiency of the organization, ensuring adherence to established policies and processes.

As a high-profile position, the Vice President will need exceptional communication skills and will be expected to represent the brand positively in various forums.

The ideal candidate will excel in fostering strong relationships with the executive team, support staff, and franchisees, becoming the face of our brand to both current and potential franchise partners.

By establishing comprehensive performance and growth objectives, the Vice President of Operations will inspire employees and drive maximum performance and commitment.

The primary goals include (1) driving organic growth and optimizing the unit economics of current franchisees and (2) actively recruiting and developing new franchisees.


Responsibilities:
Provide strategic communication and support to franchisees, both directly and through a dedicated brand support team, focusing on revenue growth, business analysis, operational quality, and brand development.
