By establishing comprehensive performance and growth objectives, the Vice President of Operations will inspire employees and drive maximum performance and commitment.

The primary goals include (1) driving organic growth and optimizing the unit economics of current franchisees and (2) actively recruiting and developing new franchisees.


Responsibilities:
Provide strategic communication and support to franchisees, both directly and through a dedicated brand support team, focusing on revenue growth, business analysis, operational quality, and brand development.
