About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers to build and deliver high-quality products that solve complex fraud use cases
  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap to drive innovation and growth in the Fraud platform and product initiatives
  • Mentor and grow a team of application developers to produce high-quality engineering output across multiple product lines
  • Collaborate with product managers to build product development roadmaps and lead prioritization discussions in an agile manner
  • Lead multiple parallel products and ensure individual product teams are structured to meet timelines and budget
  • Ensure security is a top priority, with expertise in authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewalls, and multi-protocol gateways

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in application and product development, with progressive leadership roles and a strong background in building large data exchanges in Fraud
  • 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams to deliver on roadmaps, with a focus on NoSQL, Springboot, Docker, Kubernetes architecture, and Java, Spark, Kafka, and MPP systems
  • 7+ years of experience in the evolution of 3-tier, data warehousing, big data high-throughput, and low-latency distributed architectures
  • 7+ years of experience implementing complex full-stack solutions, including big data marts and micro-services, in large Enterprise organizations
  • 7+ years of experience implementing low-latency (
