Job Summary

The Senior Vice President of Operations is a key member of the management team, responsible for overseeing the planning, direction, evaluation, and control of units to achieve operational and financial goals. This role provides guidance and motivation to Regional Directors, Managers, and associates, while establishing and maintaining effective customer/client rapport with hospital clients in the Plant Operations Division.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an acute care hospital
  • Proven track record of success in P&L management and union experience
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certification preferred
