Job Opportunity

Staybridge Suites Grand Forks, ND is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct site tours and maintain customer databases
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and monitor sales performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
