Sales Director

Staybridge Suites Grand Forks, ND is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel profitability
- Maintain relationships with key clients and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct site tours and maintain customer databases
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and monitor sales performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
