Job Description

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in a specific geographic territory. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining current accounts, and empowering your team to achieve financial, operational, and people development objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales individual contributors to grow business and maintain current accounts across the assigned region.
  • Empower and motivate the team to achieve required financial, operational, and people development objectives.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating the Sealed Air Values of integrity, determination, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably leading sales teams in a large organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to champion change/influence teams, motivate teams, and drive results in a complex organization.
  • Extensive experience in leading and coaching sales teams and closing business.
  • Experience with distribution model sales and direct-to-customer sales.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intellectually curious, analytical, strong attention to detail, self-motivated.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
