We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior eCommerce Client Relationship Manager. This role will report directly to the VP of eCommerce Marketplaces and will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales, and implementing strategies to enhance the online retail experience. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with key client accounts and serve as the primary contact for all e-commerce-related inquiries.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze and monitor sales performance, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various teams including marketing, operations, and product development to implement e-commerce initiatives.
  • Manage product launches, promotions, and other marketing activities to increase traffic and sales.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and the competitive landscape to proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on new e-commerce technologies and suggest enhancements for ongoing improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating directly with online teams at major retailers.
  • Proficient in e-commerce platform management.
  • Thorough understanding of P&L and financial transactions relevant to e-commerce profitability.
  • Familiarity with various sales channels and strategies to engage diverse brands.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience in budget management and overseeing agency-led campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing paid media and PPC campaign management and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and sales tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with peers in brand marketing, product development, sales, and operations to determine product assortment, catalogs, and promotional programs within each channel's marketplace and media campaigns.
  • Background in consumer brand/product manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting.
  • Ability to stand in an upright position without movement.
  • Capability to switch between sitting and standing as required, without structured breaks.
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Data input via a traditional keyboard.
  • Communication of information verbally and detailed instructions accurately and swiftly.
  • Clear auditory and visual abilities to comprehend speech, computer screens, and workspace.
