Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive. Ensure prompt and courteous phone responses, ideally within three rings.
- Maintain awareness of room availability and current openings.
- Facilitate room bookings for guests both in-person and over the phone, including managing online advertisements.
- Process all financial transactions accurately, including cash and credit card payments.
- Securely manage cash deposits in the safe.
- Keep precise records of room status and complete closing procedures, including deposit documentation and security measures.
- Receive and manage work requests from residents, ensuring proper processing within the system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for residents.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean and welcoming.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of six months of experience in customer service.
- Eligibility to work in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Capable of bending, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Engage in regular face-to-face interactions with customers.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy environment.
Work Environment
- Standard 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, five days a week.
- Adhere to company uniform and hygiene standards.
- Work in a lively, fast-paced, and enjoyable atmosphere.
