Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at PBF Energy, you will be responsible for scheduling the movement of crude/clean oil or oil products via various methods of transportation. This includes waterborne, pipeline, rail, and truck. You will be the primary point of contact for customers in the West Coast for issues related to loading and maintaining relationships with them for the products group.
Key Tasks:
Update daily marketing P & L and contract compliance spreadsheets
Setup customer loading numbers from beginning to end
Update daily wholesale rack allocation in TABS for the West Coast
Primary contact for customer loading issues
Primary contact for trucking carriers on transmix and other products
Primary contact for invoicing questions and customer mis-pulls
Work with customer on credit issues and liaison between customer and credit department
Back up to Marketer on GPO approval/denial based on marketing and trading outlook that day
Update terminal reports and forecast marketing inventories
Review and analyze demurrage claims
Monthly additive reconciliation
Manage insurance expiration dates
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
1+ years of experience preferably in oil industry
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
DTN TABS and Kinder Morgan Tophat (desirable but not required)
