Job Title: Recruitment Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recruitment Associate to join our team at Grameen America Inc. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and are passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach activities to attract and recruit new members, achieving designated membership growth targets.
  • Deliver high-level customer service and build meaningful relationships with members through communication, email, or other means.
  • Schedule and lead weekly center meetings with current members, sharing information about the Grameen program and providing education on financial and business topics.
  • Monitor members' loan activities, including compliance with loan criteria, disbursements, and collection of repayments.
  • Accurately input and track members' loan payments and other relevant data in appropriate systems.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service communication skills.
  • Strong work ethics, high level of integrity, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Basic problem-solving and numeric skills.
  • Ability to work well alone and within a team environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule from Mondays to Fridays (early mornings and evenings).
  • Knowledge in using computer, laptop, iPad, smartphone, Zoom, and other similar electronic devices and technology.
