- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in office management, with a strong focus on creating a great workplace experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Mac OS, and a tech-savvy mindset to drive improvements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem-solving, solution-oriented approach with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying needs and addressing them.
