About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Director to spearhead our growth in the IT services sector. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a critical role in day-to-day operations and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend relevant events, network, and meet with potential clients face-to-face
  • Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients
  • Present our client's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of prospects' senior executives
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients' needs and achieve desired business outcomes
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals
  • Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions

Requirements:

  • Sales expert, passionate about selling technology solutions
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent
  • A proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients
  • Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is a BIG plus
  • Native English speaker or bilingual (English)
