Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Project Lead to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures, coordinating project activities, and providing support to project supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and provide guidance to personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project.
  • Work with contractors and vendors as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage and administer coordination of meetings, internal and external communications, and project status reports.
  • Process pay applications and vendor invoices, and assist in preparing reports.
  • Closing out projects, collecting all close out documents, and managing compliance in details, documents schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or experience working in a construction-related environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications, and proficiency in Excel and estimating software.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to work well with a broad customer base, including coworkers, superiors, contractors/vendors, and University personnel.
