About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining merchandise organization and administrative daily tasks to support operations and the store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in and receive new merchandise, including ticketing and backstock organization, per division requirements.
  • Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating status to client advisors.
  • Assist with special events, Made to Measure, and truck shows by processing and reconciling necessary invoices and client orders.
  • Process damages, reticketing, mark out of stocks, and RTVs.
  • Complete markdowns, signs, and move product once marked.
  • Demonstrate operational skills by keeping track of daily reports and SPIFF entries, and checking receipts; ensure department and stockroom controls.
Requirements
  • Ability to shift focus quickly depending on business objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Associate will work a flexible work schedule.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
