Customer Service Liaison

The National Safety Council is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, instructors, and other stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customers have a positive experience with our programs.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for safety. If you're a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to students, instructors, and other stakeholders via phone, chat, and email.
- Effectively communicate program information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Use empathy and active listening skills to defuse situations and maintain a positive tone.
- Accurately input student data, process payments, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document customer interactions and respond to messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Data entry accuracy and integrity.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Office a plus.
