Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the construction sector.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and regulations is advantageous.

Compensation: $47,000 - $52,000 annually
