Job Overview

Lumina Financial Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a Financial Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

We offer a 100% commission-based structure, with the potential to earn up to $75-150K per year. Our agents also receive up to $7,000 in cash bonuses and an all-expense-paid trip worth $8k based on sales in the first 90 days.

To succeed in this role, you will need a laptop/computer with a video camera, high-speed internet, smart phone, and an insurance license (we can help you obtain one if you're accepted). Our comprehensive training and onboarding program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this field.
