The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Alphia's overall business objectives. This position will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support Alphia's business goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition process for assigned groups, including recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement compensation programs and collaborate with the Director, Benefits on a total compensation philosophy. Ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with employment practices.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team. Develop and implement training programs to enhance HR skills and knowledge.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement reporting tools to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
- Expert level knowledge of HRIS systems and other HR technology, preferably Workday.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between Alphia facilities as needed - 30%.
