Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support Alphia's business goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition process for assigned groups, including recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement compensation programs and collaborate with the Director, Benefits on a total compensation philosophy. Ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with employment practices.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team. Develop and implement training programs to enhance HR skills and knowledge.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement reporting tools to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • Expert level knowledge of HRIS systems and other HR technology, preferably Workday.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel between Alphia facilities as needed - 30%.
