Field Sales Representative at Riverside Technologies, Inc.

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is actively seeking dedicated Field Sales Representatives to enhance our business outreach and strengthen relationships with State, Local, and Education (SLED) entities. We are looking for individuals who are results-oriented and thrive on engaging with prospective clients.

Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative, your primary duty will be to showcase, advocate for, and sell our diverse range of products and services while nurturing and expanding customer relationships. Your focus will be on discovering new opportunities and optimizing existing ones to manage a targeted sales pipeline effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase and advocate for products and services to both new and existing clients through persuasive communication
  • Develop and sustain positive business relationships
  • Assess the requirements of current and prospective clients to deliver appropriate solutions
  • Provide tailored solutions to enhance revenue growth and profitability
  • Engage potential clients through proactive outreach
  • Work collaboratively with Inside Sales Representatives on a daily basis
  • Interact with a wide array of clients, from large organizations to small enterprises, through face-to-face meetings
  • Participate in industry trade shows and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline for effective forecasting
  • Deliver consistent messaging utilizing approved marketing resources
  • Craft and present customized sales presentations to various audiences
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to promote our offerings
  • Coordinate sales activities with other field sales team members and leadership
  • Build professional relationships with clients by understanding their specific business needs
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, negotiations, and closing transactions
  • Formulate strategies for targeted opportunities and guide them to successful closure
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to meet customer needs and devise solutions
  • Perform additional related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in technology sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Prior experience in technology sales is a plus
  • Understanding of pricing structures and profit margins
  • Highly motivated with a proven sales performance
  • Strong skills in selling, communication, and negotiation
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve results independently
  • Effective communicator at all organizational levels
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
