Schedule: In-Office Role, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Location: Allen, Texas

Compensation: $15/Hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
  • Manage front office operations, including scheduling and record-keeping
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and correspondence
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Payroll and/or human resources experience preferred
  • Spanish Speaking**
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Word and Excel
  • Team player, organization skillset and ability to multitask
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree a PLUS
  • Proficient in English, Bilingual a PLUS
  • Home Health or Medical Office experience is a PLUS
