The RoleWe are seeking a Sales and Membership Associate to join our team at Perspire Sauna Studio of Cherry Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Selling memberships and promoting the value of our services
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining clean facilities and organization of the towel supply area
You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills through ongoing training and support.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
- Evening and weekend availability
We offer competitive pay, successful training completion + commission. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
