About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Arrow ECS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and rebuilding underpenetrated relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-potential customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve results.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, tactics, and techniques, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions, using tools like Salesforce.com to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
