Membership Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Colorado Athletic Club Tabor in Denver, CO.

About the Role:
  • Sell and promote corporate and individual memberships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop long-term relationships with prospects and club members through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Assess prospect needs and provide personalized solutions through our membership offerings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to execute promotional efforts and increase club awareness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and networking groups.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commission-based sales or goal-oriented sales environments.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Health and fitness industry experience in a club environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and evening hours.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 annually, including commission, bonuses, incentives, and hourly rate ($18.50 per hour/40 hours per week).
