As a Lead Customer Success Strategist at Sovos Compliance, you will champion product engagement, customer retention, and expansion by cultivating robust client relationships and delivering significant business outcomes.

You will oversee key customer accounts, foster trusted advisor connections, and ensure clients derive maximum value from our offerings.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to synchronize efforts with customer objectives, enhancing customer satisfaction, and facilitating successful contract renewals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a proactive advocate for clients within Sovos Compliance
  • Oversee a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders
  • Promote product engagement and quantify business benefits for clients
  • Identify and address risks of account attrition
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts with customer strategies
  • Conduct customer health assessments and ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with clients and all levels of management

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management within SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts
  • Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance preferred
  • Exceptional communication, issue resolution, and crisis management skills
  • Proficiency in customer success management technologies such as Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Ability to handle multiple customer projects concurrently
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
