Job Description:

We’re seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Chief Growth Strategist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure. This role is ideal for a hunter with a proven track record in selling business-to-government (B2G) solutions and a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting: Identify and prioritize potential clients and opportunities within your assigned territory.
2. Relationship Development: Build professional relationships with key stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.
3. Data Mining and Research: Conduct thorough market research to tailor sales strategies to prospect needs.
4. Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling pitches highlighting our value proposition and solutions.
5. Field Testing: Coordinate demonstrations to showcase product effectiveness.
6. Proposal Development: Lead proposal efforts to develop customized solutions.
7. Deal Closure: Drive sales process to successful closure, ensuring satisfaction with terms.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2G sector.
4. Deep understanding of B2G sales cycle, procurement processes, and government regulations.
5. Strong network within public-sector and relevant industry associations.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Salesforce (or other CRM) and MS Office.
2. Ability to troubleshoot basic PC issues at user level.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
