This role involves developing and executing a customer-centric strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Customer Experience Strategist at Flexential, you will be responsible for managing a book of business containing advanced customer environments and marquee relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Cloud, Managed Services or Colocation, with a proven track record of building and developing relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives. The role requires strong written, oral, and presentation skills, as well as technical aptitude and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will also have experience with CRM systems, time management, and problem-solving. Additionally, proficiency with MS Office tools, general statistical analysis, and the ability to communicate metrics to the business are essential requirements.

The Senior Customer Experience Strategist will be responsible for providing oversight and accountability for success during the onboarding phase of new customers, as well as existing customers leveraging new services. The role also involves uncovering and documenting desired customer outcomes for success plan creation, training customers on Flexential support tools, and overall responsibility for customer retention.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
