Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for managing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between our company and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Successfully manage orders through telephony and electronic ordering, following established communication scripts and protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Verify and reconcile financial information, including order-to-cash processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Customer Operations team to provide support and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Compliance and Quality: Promote compliance and continuous quality improvement, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of previous billing and invoicing experience, as well as two years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge: Previous experience with billing and invoicing, data analysis, and CRM software.
